Sometimes, not everything goes to plan and things can become problematic and fail at the most inopportune times. That’s why O’Connells offer after hours support for those times when things do go wrong when they are least expected. Offering 24×7 support across every day of the year (including Christmas), you can rest assured that the O’Connells team are ready to go should the unexpected occur.
To achieve this level of support, O’Connells operates an on-call system that allows us to manage our professional resources effectively, whilst still being responsive enough to get to any job that may come through. How Does After Hours Service Work?
In some cases, the services provided by after hours support contractors can be limited, especially during certain periods (ie. Christmas), however O’Connells have worked hard to build a service capability that is just as capable after hours as it is during business hours. In addition to the development of a unique on-call technical staffing solution, the team have also developed:
- Critical Response Tooling: How many times have you had a contractor or service provider at your house or business to undertake work or perform some emergency repairs, only to be told that they don’t have the right tools for the job? All O’Connells technical staff are equiped with the right tools at the right time, even for after hours works.
- Spare Parts: Much like having the right tools for the job, it is important that access to spare parts forms part of a strong after hours service system as well as emergency repairs often need new parts. Again like the tools, the O’Connells team is equiped with a wide range of spare parts for all service hours, meaning that the need to leave site and return during an after hours service call is very low.
- Vendor Support: With strong vendor relationships being one of the key tenants of the O’Connells business, using Fujitsu as one good example, the team at O’Connells can rely on their vendor partners to provide support for after hours service calls, be that a requirement for parts, advice or replacement.
Whilst O’Connells goes out of their way to deliver the best after hours service and support in the North East Victoria & Southern New South Wales region, it is important to point out that in some instances getting access to replacement components may be hard. In those instances the team will ensure that you are kept informed at all times and where possible, have a work around provided.
